For our Client, which provides solutions for digitization of business processes, implementation and integration of IT systems and services, we are looking for Head of Sales.
For over a decade, our Client has been a driving force in pioneering IT architecture, expertly designing and modernising digital infrastructures for the financial and service sectors. Their crafted solutions ensure flexibility, security and innovation, setting the stage for enterprises to thrive in a digital-first world.
You will be responsible for:
  • Leading a team of Business Development Managers to exceed sales targets and drive company growth;
  • Building, developing and motivating a subordinate sales team;
  • Scrutinize key performance indicators, analyze data, and make necessary adjustments to strategies;
  • Defining sales and marketing goals and strategy to drive recurring revenue from new and expansion customers;
  • Creating a predictable sales model that enables accurate forecasting;
  • Monitoring and analysis of the market and competition;
  • Achieving sales targets, actively participating in sales processes;
  • Implementing and maintaining long-term b2b relationships.


Requirements

  • Proven track record in selling IT services and leading high-performing sales teams;
  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to audiences of varying technical expertise;
  • Previous experience in building, managing, and analyzing sales programs, including messaging, metrics, methodologies, and tools;
  • A mindset focused on goals, business, dependability, and a quick response to the needs of customers;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
