The basic part of their activity is after-sales service and repair of consumer electronics, IT equipment, electronics and household appliances.

What tasks await you?
- providing advice and responding to customer inquiries that will concern defined groups of electrical devices or consumer electronics,
- informing clients via various communication channels (telephone, e-mail) about the course of complaints – working with Romanian-speaking and Polish-speaking clients,
- support for the internal CRM system for complaints/customer service,
- building an expert image of the company and handling after-sales customer requests,
- providing comments and innovative ideas that will improve internal processes,
- direct cooperation with the managers of the supported device brands.
Requirements
- Romanian language (B1/B2),
- very good knowledge of Polish and/or English,
- communicativeness and openness to the needs of the interlocutor,
- patience, empathy and assertiveness,
- the ability to identify the Clients needs,
- openness to expanding your knowledge,
- knowledge in the field of electronics, mechanics (NICE TO HAVE).
