We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with Romanian!
Our Client believes that things are worth repairing. They care about extending the life cycle of electronic products and try to make their activities contribute to reducing the negative effects of excessive production on the environment. On a daily basis, the company cooperates with key producers from all over the world, reaching over 40 countries with its services. The basic part of their activity is after-sales service and repair of consumer electronics, IT equipment, electronics and household appliances.

What tasks await you?
  • providing advice and responding to customer inquiries that will concern defined groups of electrical devices or consumer electronics,
  • informing clients via various communication channels (telephone, e-mail) about the course of complaints – working with Romanian-speaking and Polish-speaking clients,
  • support for the internal CRM system for complaints/customer service,
  • building an expert image of the company and handling after-sales customer requests,
  • providing comments and innovative ideas that will improve internal processes,
  • direct cooperation with the managers of the supported device brands.


Requirements

  • Romanian language (B1/B2),
  • very good knowledge of Polish and/or English,
  • communicativeness and openness to the needs of the interlocutor,
  • patience, empathy and assertiveness,
  • the ability to identify the Clients needs,
  • openness to expanding your knowledge,
  • knowledge in the field of electronics, mechanics (NICE TO HAVE).
