We collect personal information through the use of forms which are available on our website, as well as forms attached to our ads, which are displayed on other websites. The content of our database of candidates and is regularly archived and protected against unauthorized access by outsiders. Access to your personal data is granted only to those selected by Look4IT, trained in the handling of confidential data, and possessing the status of the administrator, with an obligation to confidentiality.
We ensure information security through the use of appropriate measures to prevent the unauthorized processing of data and accidental loss, destruction or damage. Our security procedures are in compliance with the latest regulations of the Minister of Interior, and administration of personal data processing, documentation and technical and organizational conditions, which should be fulfilled by devices and systems used for the processing of personal data, and the guidelines of the Inspector General.
Look4IT Company is committed to the flow of information between our clients’ computers , those of our candidates and our server, as well as the safe storage of all this data. We will use our candidates personal data only for recruitment purposes, and on behalf of our clients to support the recruitment process. We provide information on our candidates to employers who report vacancies in positions that match interests and experience of a given candidate. Information about you may be transmitted to the authorities, if they turn to us with such a request, but only if required by law. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other companies or organizations, except as mentioned above.
