As part of this transition, an existing S/4HANA environment will be cloned and re-configured to support new processes. You will be actively involved in both the implementation and the post-transition phase, ensuring that logistics and production processes are effectively aligned and supported in the new system.

• Ensure the availability, performance, and compliance of SAP logistics and production processes within the plant environment (in alignment with the hosting partner).
• Act as a system owner for logistics and production-related modules, driving technical and functional stability.

System Enhancements
• Conduct basic system configuration across logistics and production modules based on business requirements.
• Implement and document minor changes, enhancements, and optimizations without reliance on external partners.

Operational Support & Problem Solving

• Manage change requests, create documentation, and execute updates through defined change processes.
• Troubleshoot system issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions efficiently in alignment with internal and external support teams.
• Perform regular system health checks, master data validations, and process monitoring.

Project and Rollout Support
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA projects including upgrades, rollouts and extensions, with focus on logistics and manufacturing processes.
• Participate in system testing, data migration, and cutover activities as needed.
• Collaborate with business process owners to define and refine end-to-end process flows in production, inventory, and warehouse management.

Integration Monitoring
• Support and maintain interfaces to MES, WMS, TMS, and other connected platforms (IDocs, APIs).
• Ensure seamless data flow between SAP and external systems in logistics and shopfloor environments.

Requirements:

Education & Certification
• Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA logistics architecture and innovations (e.g., Fiori apps, embedded analytics) would be a strong asset.

Professional Experience & Skills
• +/- 3 years of hands-on SAP experience in logistics and/or production modules.
• Process knowledge in procurement, inventory management, production planning/execution, quality, and warehouse logistics.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ideally in a manufacturing or automotive plant context.
• Ability to implement and run configuration changes, without external consultants is very nice to have.
• Experience with SAP maintenance, system operations, and basic BASIS understanding is a plus.
• Experience with cross-module integration (FI/CO, HCM, PLM) and basic debugging or interface monitoring skills is a plus.

Soft Skills
• Analytical problem-solving ability and a hands-on, can-do mentality.
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication skills in English language are required.
