We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong S/4HANA and FSCM expertise to join an international implementation team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, client-focused, and capable of managing end-to-end finance process analysis and delivery within SAP.

Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops and gather business requirements from stakeholders.
- Perform in-depth analysis of complex business processes and propose relevant system solutions.
- Participate in and lead full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations within the FICO module.
- Configure and support SAP FICO, including AR and Collections.
- Work with Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) processes.
- Create detailed Functional Specifications (FS).
- Integrate SAP with satellite applications and APIs.
- Support testing phases (System Acceptance Testing and User Acceptance Testing).
- Provide user support and explain new processes.
- ABAP debugging knowledge is a strong plus.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SAP projects, including several full-cycle S/4HANA FICO implementations.
- Deep knowledge of SAP FICO module, including AR and Collections.
- Solid hands-on experience with FSCM.
- Strong experience with writing FS documents and conducting business analysis.
- Experience working with APIs and external applications.
- ABAP debugging skills considered an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English (B2/C1 level minimum).
