We are looking for an experienced SAP consultant with strong financial background, and very good experience with SAP FI and SAP SD processes, customizing, and integration, and with KSEF, who would join an exciting SAP Peppol rollout project and support local Poland plant of a Belgium headquartered end-client, providing them your guidance and consultancy.
SAP Peppol integrates SAP’s Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) / eDocument Framework with the global Peppol (Pan-European Public Procurement On-Line) network, enabling businesses using SAP software to securely send and receive standardized electronic documents like e-invoices with any other Peppol-enabled entity (businesses, governments) via certified Access Points, simplifying cross-border compliance and B2B/B2G transactions without complex point-to-point integrations.
Project length: 4 – 6 months. Perm or B2B, hybrid (Kraków + remote). You will join a team to work on a high-impact project, collaborate with global and local teams, and bring your expertise to an innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the local team in the SAP Peppol implementation.
- Advising on financial and sales processes (FI/SD), especially in the area of e-invoicing and e-orders integrations.
- Helping in integration of the global solutions with KSEF (Polish e-Invoicing system).
- Collaborating with both the local team and the headquarters in Belgium.
Requirements:
Professional Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of SAP experience, with deep technical and functional knowledge in SAP FI and SAP SD.
- Familiarity with KSEF.
- Ability to guide and advise on SAP rollout projects.
- Solid understanding of business processes in finance and sales & distribution, experience with e-invoicing and e-orders.
- Practical experience in customizing SAP and integrating it with 3rd party solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and run configuration changes independently, without external consultants.

- Structured, independent, and reliable working style.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication skills in Polish and English are required.
- Willingness to work at the plant in the Krakow region (hybrid model).
