Their expertise spans the entire optical processing chain: data acquisition, image processing, analytics, and event prediction based on advanced vision technologies.
As part of ongoing growth, the company is strengthening its DevOps and Linux engineering capabilities.
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer / Linux Systems Administrator to manage and optimize Linux-based devices, network infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines used across engineering, R&D, and client deployment environments.
The role suits someone who thrives in a hands-on, technically challenging environment and enjoys designing, automating, and improving infrastructure for vision and imaging systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and administer Linux-based systems used across R&D and deployment environments.
- Provide technical support for engineering teams working with embedded, edge, and vision-system devices running Linux.
- Participate in deployments of imaging and vision systems delivered by our client.
- Automate testing, configuration, and deployment processes using GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, and Python scripting.
- Collaborate with the internal IT department on server infrastructure and tooling.
- Design network infrastructure and deployment architectures for client projects.
- Prepare high-quality technical documentation.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Linux system administration or similar DevOps roles.
- Deep knowledge of Linux system configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Practical experience with Ansible or similar automation/configuration tools.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including routing, VPNs, diagnostics, and security.
- Proficiency in Python for automation.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, and GitLab CI/CD.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently.
- Good teamwork and communication abilities.
- English proficiency sufficient for technical collaboration.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with WireGuard.
- Knowledge of monitoring/observability tools such as Grafana or Prometheus.
