A graduate of Computer Science at the Faculty of Electronics of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology as well as of PhD studies at the Systems Research Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences, where he was awarded the title of Doctor of Technical Sciences. He has worked in the IT industry for 11 years in international corporations such as Silicon and Software Systems, Siemens, Nokia Siemens Networks and Capgemini, including 8 years in senior and senior management positions. Before establishing Look4IT, he built a team of over 90 SAP consultants in the Wrocław branch of Capgemini from scratch within three and a half years. Since January 2012, as part of Look4IT, he has supported his customers in recruitment in the area of SAP, BI, Java, .NET, C++ and other IT specializations by providing modern headhunting services. He also coordinates company operations associated with the development of innovative recruitment support tools.
